Poise + Performance: Tristian Green

Tristian Green, working toward the dream and building others as he goes.

What inspires you?

My 3 month old son, Tristian Green JR. He inspires me to work hard and get better every day just by his presence alone knowing that he’s watching my every move I have to continue to put in the hard work so that he follows suite in whatever endeavors he chooses to chase in life.

What's your specific athletic goal for this year?

To lead the league in tackles

What is the most significant challenge you are facing in reaching your goal?

Continuing to elevate my play each week and not getting complacent.

What is a technical aspect of your sport you are focusing on or have previously improved?

My pass coverage. I worked hard this past offseason with my trainer Rodney Nichols with Grind Hard Sports Training to work on my coverage skills I’ve always played well in the box and off the edge but I’ve been mediocre at best in coverage but with his help I’ve fixed that. I just analyzed what I was doing wrong and took small steps day by day to fix it

Tells more about Top Dawg! What was the inspiration behind that?

Top dawgs athletics really started after my sophomore year of college I would come home and workout and a lot of local hs guys would ask to join in as I got older I started working out with different trainers further away so the kids would ask if I could just work them out since I already worked out and boom
