What inspires you?
My family. I have 5 siblings 4 sister 1 brother I am the oldest.
What are your athletic goals for this season?
To win a regional title.
What is the most significant challenge you face in achieving your goal?
The grind... getting up everyday, doing the same routine: running in the am and training in the afternoon.

What do you like about iON?
It’s is a great product I have reaped the benefits of especially those long training days and just sit in the tub soaking it just soothes the body and I feel rejuvenated the next day ready to get back it.
